Citrix Announces New program changes 100% CAR Bonus and 50% New Customer Bonus
Effective April 10, 2012 Citrix announces a number of key program changes to our general partner community. These program changes are designed to drive even more leverage from our channel partners, reward the behaviors and results that we believe are most consistent with the business imperatives for Citrix EMEA, and provide for greater profitability for our best partners.
There are three things we want our partners to join us in focusing on in 2012 and they are:
Sell Citrix XenDesktop new product deals
Sell Citrix NetScaler new product deals
Develop new customers
With these three imperatives in mind, we are announcing the following Citrix Advisor Reward bonuses:
100% Advisor Rewards Bonus for the Desktop Promotion on all eligible sales of Citrix XenDesktop Enterprise or Platinum Edition Product
100% Advisor Rewards Bonus for the Cross-sell Networking Promotion on all eligible sales of Citrix NetScaler Enterprise or Platinum Edition products.
50% ADDITIONAL (on top of the 100% Desktop or Cross-sell Networking Promotion) Advisor Rewards Bonus for New Strategic Customer Promotion on the initial ELA orders for any New Strategic Customer in EMEA.
These bonuses give our valued partners significant incentive to drive businesses in the direction consistent with our strategic imperatives, providing mutual benefit for both our partners and for Citrix.
Citrix is also announcing today a program change with the introduction of a High Touch Account list. As the enterprise demand for Desktop Virtualization, networking and cloud solutions continues to grow, building a successful model to support our large enterprise customers has been a key focus for us. We have heard directly from many of these customers that they feel best served by a Citrix-led account management approach. The High Touch Account list is a list of large Enterprise accounts across Europe Middle East and Africa.
Citrix partners will not be eligible to receive Citrix Advisor Reward payments at these identified High Touch accounts unless they have a formal invitation to participate in the account and are included in the Citrix-developed account plan for the account.. Citrix is by no means restricting our partners from selling to any of our customers, or providing services to any account. However in order to qualify for Advisor Rewards at any account on the High Touch Account list, a partner must be invited to participate.
